Shipping Partners & Carriers:

Our company uses Fedex, Delhivery, Aramex, DHL, UPS to ship products to customers to their desired destination.
We also ship through India Post to remote locations on customer requests. We can’t guarantee to act in accordance, this is due to shipment content is checked and by the post office before accepting. If they encounter or feel that the product may be damaged, then they will not undertake the shipment.

Shipping Time:
  • We can guarantee a delivery time of minimum 2 days and maximum 6 days.
  • We ensure and take best efforts to ship your order within the same day, 90% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours.
  • We can guarantee a delivery time of maximum 6 days to anywhere in India, but once shipped from JignuSolutions, the courier company is responsible for shipment delivery.
  • Each shipping carriers have their own methods; intermediate transit locations and delivery time is thus not predictable.
  • Pre Plan your order to allow sufficient time for delivery instead of last-minute orders.

Order Cancellation Policy:

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 5 to 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
